Preventive and safety measures to help the physical side effects of gaming









There are a few basic concepts you can implement into your daily life while you game or just generally using a computer or consol. First try to take 5-10 minute hiatus from your screen to rest your eyes and stretch your legs every hour. Make sure you have a suitable chair and have a suitable height of you work station to support you back. Posture  is important to keep your back strong and pain free.
